Immune Mitra / How it works

Understand.
Agree.
Review together.

A five-step journey from understanding the person to practical guidance, relevant products and follow-up.

01

Understand the person

Begin with ROOTOPATHY-style personal assessment: the person’s story, health conditions, medicines, food habits, sleep, stress, activity, family support and goals. A caregiver can contribute with the person’s agreement.

What this gives you
A shared understanding of priorities and everyday realities.

02

Assess their needs

Select relevant nutritional and physical measurements, vitals, existing-report review and malnutrition-risk assessment. Consented clinical photographs, Ayurvedic pulse assessment and HRV may support review when appropriate, with qualified interpretation.

What this gives you
An explanation of which assessments are relevant and how findings will be reviewed.

03

Agree one coordinated plan

Bring professional input together into a practical plan. Agree food and nutrition guidance, relevant movement or relaxation routines, everyday care and any individually reviewed supplements or preparations.

What this gives you
A clear plan with purposes, instructions and a review point.

04

Provide relevant guidance and products

Help the patient, caregiver or cook with meals, portions, ingredients, substitutions, preparation and timing. Where chosen and suitable, support access to bakery, snacks, daily food, supplements, care products or practitioner-recommended apothecary preparations.

What this gives you
Practical guidance and selected products with clear information before purchase.

05

Review progress

Review what has changed, what is practical and what needs adjusting. Follow-up includes caregiver guidance and support for delivery and replenishment of selected products. Supplements and preparations are reviewed according to their agreed purpose and duration.

What this gives you
An updated plan and the next agreed step.

Choice

No fixed bundle

Each person receives the components relevant to their needs. Additional assessments and products are discussed before proceeding.

Interpretation

Findings need context

Photos, HRV and pulse findings support assessment. They do not independently establish nutritional deficiencies or determine prescriptions.

Continuity

Keep medical care connected

The coordinated plan should take account of current care and instructions. Medical concerns are referred to an appropriate clinician.
