Home Food Clinic visits & online consultations One coordinated plan. Relevant support.

The complete client journey

From your first conversation
to ongoing support.

Follow the proposed experience below. Home visits and online consultations come together in one coordinated plan, with only the components relevant to you.

Your main journey Individual choices & review
  1. 01

    First enquiry

Find Immune Mitra online, through a care partner or by recommendation. Share your city, what you need help with, and whether you are enquiring for yourself or someone you care for.

  2. 02

    Agree the consultation format

Confirm suitability, service availability, appointment, scope and fees before proceeding.

    Choose the appropriate route

    Home Food Clinic visit

A scheduled mobile team visits your home, with relevant equipment and a connection to the central professional team.

    Online consultation

Meet the relevant professional online. Arrange in-person assessment if a needed measurement or concern cannot be assessed remotely.

  3. 03

    Understand your complete story

ROOTOPATHY-style discussion of your conditions, medicines, food habits, sleep, stress, activity, family support and goals. Review existing reports and current care instructions; involve a caregiver or cook with your agreement.

  4. 04

    Agree and complete relevant assessments

The purpose is explained first. Choose only the components appropriate to your needs and consultation format.

    Relevant components may include

    Nutrition & physical assessment

Height, weight, BMI, body composition, waist/arm/calf measurements, handgrip strength, BP, relevant vitals, existing reports and malnutrition risk.

    Consented photography

Relevant nail, hand, face, mouth, hair or skin findings; meal and product-label photos for clinician review.

    Integrative assessments

Ayurvedic pulse assessment and HRV recording when appropriate, with qualified interpretation.

  5. 05

    Professional review

Central doctors, dietitians and relevant practitioners consider findings together, within their professional roles.

    Review checkpoint

Is the information sufficient to agree a plan?

If clarification or medical review is needed

Seek the missing information or appropriate clinician input before finalising the affected advice.

    Return to professional review
    When the review is complete
  6. 07

Receive relevant guidance & choose optional products

Your needs guide the selection. No one is expected to receive every service or purchase a product.

    The plan may bring together

    Food & everyday guidance

Meals, portions, ingredients, substitutions, preparation and timing. Practical guidance for patients, caregivers and cooks; adapted yoga; meditation and raga listening.

    Food choices

Bakery, snacks and daily food matched to your dietary needs, preferences, portions and verified composition. Home-prepared and independently sourced options remain available.

    Individually reviewed support

Supplements with a purpose, instructions, duration and review; hair and skin care; Ayurvedic or herbal preparations recommended after assessment by an appropriately qualified practitioner.

  7. 08

Put the plan into daily practice

Check that you and anyone helping you understand the instructions and next review arrangements.

    Both routes lead to follow-up

    If you choose products

Review ingredients, suitability, portions and prices → confirm the order → preparation or sourcing → quality and packing checks → agreed delivery or collection. Receive usage and storage guidance.

    If you choose guidance only

Use the agreed food and daily-routine guidance at home, with caregiver or cook support where helpful. A product purchase is not required to continue with follow-up.

  8. 09

    Review progress together

Discuss what is working, difficulties, preferences, tolerability and any changes in your health or medicines. Review relevant progress measures, caregiver questions and product use.

  9. 10

    Agree the next step

Continue, adjust or seek further professional review according to your current needs.

    Follow-up keeps the plan relevant

    The plan remains suitable

Continue agreed guidance, arrange the next review, and replenish selected products only when still appropriate.

    Continue the follow-up cycle

    Your needs have changed

Reassess relevant needs, obtain professional input and agree an updated plan before changing the affected recommendations.
