The service

What is Immune Mitra?

A proposed Home Food Clinic and online consultation service, connected to central doctors, dietitians and relevant practitioners. It brings relevant assessment, food and nutrition advice, everyday guidance, optional products and follow-up into one coordinated plan.

Does everyone receive all 14 offerings?

No. Each person receives only the components relevant to their needs, preferences and goals. The offering list is not a compulsory package.

How does a home visit connect to the central team?

The scheduled mobile team gathers relevant information and assessments within its role and connects with the central professionals for review and guidance. The exact visit and review arrangements will be confirmed before the service begins.

Can I consult online?

Online consultations are part of the proposed service. Some measurements and clinical concerns require an in-person assessment; the team should explain what can appropriately be completed remotely.

Can I book a home visit or order now?

The service is in development. Home-visit coverage, appointment availability, practitioner access, products and fees will be confirmed before bookings and orders open.

Immune Mitra / Questions

Assessment & consent

What does ROOTOPATHY-style personal assessment mean here?

It means understanding the person’s story, health conditions, medicines, food habits, sleep, stress, activity, family support and goals, alongside relevant professional assessment.

What can the nutritional and physical assessment include?

Height, weight, BMI, body composition, waist, arm and calf measurements, handgrip strength, BP and relevant vitals, review of existing reports and malnutrition risk. The selection depends on need and suitability.

Why might photographs be taken?

With consent, relevant nail, hand, face, mouth, hair and skin findings, meals or product labels may be photographed for clinician review. The purpose and proposed use should be explained before you agree.

Can photos, HRV or pulse findings identify deficiencies or determine prescriptions?

Photos, HRV and pulse findings support assessment. They do not independently establish nutritional deficiencies or determine prescriptions.

Are pulse assessment and HRV compulsory?

No. Ayurvedic pulse assessment and HRV recording are additional assessments used when appropriate, with qualified interpretation. They are not automatically included for everyone.

Can my caregiver or cook be involved?

Yes, with your agreement. Guidance can include the people who help choose, prepare or serve your food and support your daily routine.

Immune Mitra / Questions

Guidance & products

How are bakery, snacks and daily food selected?

Choices consider dietary requirements, preferences, portions and verified product composition. Daily food guidance includes preparation, timing and household use.

Do I have to buy products?

No. Product purchases are optional. Guidance can include meals prepared at home and alternatives sourced independently.

How are supplements selected?

Where needed, with a defined purpose, appropriate instructions, duration and review, taking account of current medicines, other supplements and relevant professional advice.

Does the apothecary include Ayurvedic and herbal preparations?

Yes. Selected Ayurvedic and herbal preparations are recommended by an appropriately qualified practitioner after assessment. They are not an automatic addition to every plan.

What does yoga guidance include?

Personalised movement and yoga routines adapted to the person’s ability, health conditions and goals.

What are meditation and raga sessions for?

Guided meditation and music or raga listening are offered for relaxation, enjoyment and a consistent daily routine, based on individual preferences.

What is included in hair and skin care?

Assessment of concerns, suitable everyday care routines and product suggestions, with medical review where indicated.

What happens after the first plan?

Follow-up includes progress review, plan adjustments, caregiver guidance and support for delivery and replenishment of selected products through confirmed arrangements.

Does this replace my treating doctor’s care?

No. The plan considers your existing care and instructions. Clinical concerns require appropriate medical review, and no product is presented as a cure.

Immune Mitra / Questions

Partners & investors

How can a hospital collaborate?

Proposed pathways include referrals, discharge support, a food-support desk where appropriate and hospital-to-home follow-up, with roles, consent and communication agreed before a pilot.

What is the franchise model?

A proposed franchise-owned, company-operated Food Clinic model. Local partner commitments and company operating responsibilities are set out in a separate agreement.

Are pilot targets proven results?

No. The investor page distinguishes earlier planning assumptions from evidence still to be collected. No measured pilot results are claimed here.

How can I request the personal investor deck?

Use the investor enquiry route. Detailed investment information is shared directly with interested investors; the deck is not available as a website download.
